STANDISH, Maine - The Husson University women's swimming & diving team defeated Saint Joseph's College of Maine, 125-70, and Gordon College, 145-78, in a double dual meet on Saturday afternoon at the Harold Alfond Pool.
THE RUNDOWN:
- Junior Abbie Howe won the 50 Back (31.65) and placed second in the 200 Back (2:26.35).
- Junior Abby Ketch placed third in the 50 Back (33.09) and the 200 Back (2:31.44).
- Junior Sydney Jordan was fourth in the 50 Back (34.06) and the 200 Back (2:34.72).
- Senior Ivana Radovanovic swam exhibition in the 50 Back (36.34) and placed fourth in the 50 Free (31.12).
- First Year Erin Madden placed second in the 50 Breast (36.52) and won the 100 Free (1:00.15).
- Senior Maddie Wing finished second in the 50 Fly (30.17), and the 50 Free (27.69).
- Sophomore Adelaide Ross was fourth in the 50 Fly (32.50), third in the 400 IM (5:33.98) and won the 200 Breast (2:50.10)
- Junior Emily Grinnell was fifth in the 50 Fly (33.12), second in the 400 IM (5:31.78) and third in the 200 Breast (2:54.68)
- Junior Hannah Soutter swam exhibition in the 50 Fly (32.69).
- Sophomore Kayla Payson won the 200 Free (2:04.79) and the 200 Fly with a new school record time of 2:23.17.
- Sophomore Kerrigan Smith finished third in the 200 Free (2:18.66) and won the 500 Free (6:21.16).
- Sophomore Isabella Viles was fifth in the 50 Free (31.65).
- First Year Katarina Christensen swam exhibition in the 50 Free (40.65) and placed eighth in the 100 Free (1:33.62).
- Payson, Smith, Madden, and Wing won the 400 Free Relay with a time of 4:05.97.
- Ketch, Soutter, Jordan and Howe swam together for a second place finish in the 400 Free Relay with a time of 4:24.16.

The Eagles will return to the pool on Saturday, January 22nd with another double-dual meet. This time in Northfield, Vermont with Norwich University and Plymouth State University.
