LYNDONVILLE, Vt. - The Husson women's tennis team returned to winning ways after a 9-0 victory over Northern Vermont University-Lyndon in North Atlantic Conference action at the Dudley Bell Tennis Center. 

The Eagles won all set points in the double matches but one as the duos of Emily Tilton/Emily Doten and Nicci Munroe/Molly Chicoine each won their match, 8-0. Marisa Brown/Lexi Thompson won their match, 8-1. 

In singles action it was much of the same. Emily Doten won her match, 6-1, 6-1, while Nicci Munroe won her match, 6-1, 6-0. Chicoine, Brown, Thompson, and Olivia Chandler won their singles match in straight set shutouts, 6-0, 6-0. 

The women's tennis team will close out conference action on Sunday, September 26th as they travel an hour west to NVU-Johnson and take on the Badgers for a 10 a.m. match.
