GORHAM, Maine - The Husson University women's tennis team completed the weekend sweep as they took down Southern Maine, 8-1, in a non-conference match at Gorham High School on Sunday afternoon. 

Natalie Tilton and Hannah Malinen won the first doubles match, 8-4, and those would be the only games that the Huskies won in the match as the duos of Molly Chicoine/Nicci Munroe and Marisa Brown/Lexi Thompson shutout the Huskies, 8-0.

In the singles match, Tilton was forced to withdraw. Malinen, Doten, Munroe, Chicoine, and Brown each won their match, 6-0, 6-0. 

The non-conference stretch continues for women's tennis as they host UMass-Boston on Wednesday at Bangor High School with the match beginning at 3 p.m.
