Bangor, Maine - Husson lost to the defending NEAC Champion Colby-Sawyer (N.H.) 9-0 in a North Eastern Athletic Conference East (NEAC East) on Saturday at Bangor High School tennis courts.

Colby-Saywer's (11-1, 6-0 NEAC-East) Ashlyn Ramsay defeated Meridith Blessard 6-1, 6-1 on the one-line and Katie Pratt was defeated by Ashley Woodside, 6-0, 6-0 in No. 2 singles.  Charlotte Bednarz lost to Aislinn O'Connor on the three-line 6-2 and 6-0. Evelyn Miller defeated Sarah Smith in No. 4 singles 6-0 and 6-1.  Kelsey Pelletier lost to Maddy Gemerek in No. 5 singles 6-1 and 6-0. Elizabeth Adley lost to Lauren Blanchard on the six-line 6-1 and 6-0.

Ramsay and Woodside handed Blessard and Pratt's first defeat in doubles action 8-1. Bednarz and Dubay lost to O'Connor and Miller on the two-line 8-0. Adley and Pelletier lost to Blanchard and Gemerek 8-0.

Husson (5-2, 4-2 NEAC-East) host Massachusetts Liberal Arts College tomorrow at Bangor High School. First serve is set for 1 p.m. ET.
