Top Moments of 2017-18: Amanda Deshaies Becomes Career Points Leader

BANGOR, Maine- The next top moment of the 2017-18 athletic season happened on April 8th as senior midfielder Amanda Deshaies became the all-time points leader in women's lacrosse history.

Deshaies became the second Eagle to reach the 150-point milestone alongside previous career point record holder Alissa Fallon '16. Deshaies notched her 152nd point 22 minutes into the 1st half to tie Fallon and then became the all-time leader with career assist number 48 with 13:49 remaining in the 1st half. The Wells midfielder went on to score six points to help the Eagles knock off Colby-Sawyer 10-8 on senior day.

Deshaies finished her career with 130 goals and 59 assists in 55 games played for a total of 189 points. She recovered 233 ground balls and 188 draw controls.
