  • Coughlin Named to the All-ECAC North Second Team

    DANBURY, Conn. – Senior defender Lauren Coughlin has been named to the 2017 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Women's Lacrosse DIII All-North Region Second Team, the organization announced Wednesday afternoon.

    WATERVILLE, Maine - Four Eagles were awarded with North Atlantic Conference (NAC) All-Conference recognition for the women's lacrosse team this season. Senior defender Lauren Coughlin was the only Eagle to attain a spot on the All-Conference First Team. Junior midfielder Amanda Deshaies, freshman attacker Makenna Mont, and senior attacker Mattie Russell all earned a spot on the All-Conference Second Team. Russell was also named to the 2017 Sportsmanship Team.

    NEW LONDON, N.H. – The fifth seeded Husson Eagles battled hard up to the final whistle being blown on Friday afternoon in a North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Tournament quarterfinal contest. In the final 15 minutes of the game, the Husson women’s lacrosse team rallied scoring six goals, but it just wasn’t enough to catch up with the fourth seeded Colby-Sawyer Chargers as they came out on top, 18-12.
