Women's Golf Takes Second at the 2018 Bowdoin Invitational

BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Husson University women's golf team competed at the 2018 Bowdoin Invitational at the Brunswick Golf Club in Brunswick, Maine. The Eagles finished in 2nd place with a total score of 387, the lowest single round team score and the highest team finish in program history.

Katie Goulet led the Eagles today at the Bowdoin Invite with a 92 while finishing in a two-way tie for 4th. Mackenzie Plourde tied for seventh with a 94. Taylor Burbo shot a 99 to finish in 10th overall. Tori Jordan finished 12th with a score of 102. Veronica Diaz shot a 113 in her first intercollegiate round, which was good enough for 14th place to round out the scoring for the Eagles on day one.

The Eagles return to the course tomorrow Sunday, September 9th at the Bobcat Invitational at the Fox Ridge Golf Club.
