FREDERICTON, New Brunswick – Making their annual trek to Canada, the men's cross country team once again competed in the RSEQ AUS Interlock Meet taking on two nationally ranked Canadian teams and ten opposing teams overall. The duo of Zach Hartman and Joel Bond continued to lead the Eagles with Hartman just a few strides ahead crossing in at 29:10 and 29:14 for 50th and 52nd places. Hartman improved upon his time from last year by 39 seconds.

Two more freshmen followed behind Bond in 67th and 68th place, Ricky Smith notched a time of 30:42 and Reece Rodrigue hit 31:05.

Knocking off over two minutes from last year's race, Patrick Welch paced himself to accomplish a 31:53 8k to round out the scoring for the Eagles. Another veteran seeing an improved time, Adam Hitchcock also cut down his time by over two minutes from the previous year to 34:14.
