NEW ORLEANS, La. - The Husson University men's outdoor track & field and women's outdoor and indoor track & field programs have been named to the the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) 2016-17 Division III All-Academic Men's and Women's Track & Field teams.
WATERVILLE, Maine - A total of 152 student-athletes, including 24 from Husson University, have been named to the 2016-17 North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Winter/Spring All-Academic Team after the spring 2017 semester.
WATERVILLE, Maine - Five Eagles were awarded with North Atlantic Conference (NAC) All-Conference recognition for the men's outdoor track & field team this spring. Sophomore Dominic Locke earned a spot on the Sportsmanship Team while the remaining four student-athletes walked away with first or second place finishes in the 2017 NAC Championship.
BANGOR, Maine – The Husson men’s outdoor track & field team will be sending four student-athletes down to Williams College in Williamsport, Mass. for the New England Division III Championship. Freshman Alex Charette, senior Francesco Wright, freshman Eric Hathaway, and sophomore Justin Martin all qualified in different events throughout the 2017 season.

DANBURY, Conn. - Women and men's outdoor track & field along with softball all picked up an Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) New England Weekly Honor this past week. For the women, Jen Jones earned Pitcher of the Week and Brooke Hoople Track Athlete of the Week for their first time this season. For the men, Eric Hathaway walked away with Rookie of the Week for the third time this season.
BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Husson University men's outdoor track and field team competed at Bowdoin Saturday, scoring 36 points and finishing in third place. Husson faced heavy competition from Bowdoin and Middlebury, two schools who have some of the best athletes in the country in their events.
DANBURY, Conn. - Both women and men's outdoor track & field picked up an Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) New England Rookie of the Week award this past week. WESTON, Mass. – The Eagles displayed a standout performance down at Regis College on Friday night at the Regis “Under the Lights” Invitational. It was a non-scoring meet; however, this was the first meet of the 2017 season which Husson sent full squads for both men and women to compete. The men’s outdoor track team placed in the top six in 13 different events.
DANBURY, Conn. Two more Husson athletes have been awarded with weekly honors by the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC). Freshman Tamara Aunchman impressively achieved ECAC New England Player of the Week and Rookie of the Week for softball while freshman Eric Hathaway also earned ECAC New England Rookie of the Week for men's outdoor track & field.

The Eagles accumulated a total of 34 points, only one point away from tying for third with U-Maine Farmington and two points behind Castleton, selected as runner-up.
