Brett Martin enters his second season as the offensive coordinator with the Husson men's lacrosse team in 2019.
In his first season on the staff, Martin helped guide Husson to a 6-8 overall record with a 5-2 mark in conference play during his third season en route to earning the #3 seed in the NAC Tournament. Making their tenth consecutive posteason appearance, the Eagles defeated sixth-seeded Thomas College, 14-3, in a conference quarterfinal at home on April 28th before falling to second-seeded Castleton University, 8-7, in the final minutes of the program's ninth straight NAC Men’s Lacrosse Championship semifinal game on the road four days later.
Prior to joining the coaching staff, Martin was a four-year letterwinner on the Husson men's lacrosse team as a midfielder from 2013-16, helping the Eagles each the postseason all four years.
The 2016 NAC Second Team choice scored 39 goals, tallied 18 assists for 57 points off 173 shots with one game-winning goal, 84 ground balls and casued 14 turnovers in 57 career games played.

Martin earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Husson in 2016 and is currently working on his Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Husson.
A native of Topsham, Maine, Martin attended Mt. Ararat High School.
