Dugas Tied for 12th Heading into Final Round of the 2017 NCAA Championship

HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, Fla. – Sophomore Gavin Dugas of the Husson University men's golf team competed in the third round of the 2017 NCAA Division III Championships on Thursday, May 17. Dugas continued play in the championships after qualifying as one of six individuals not on the 18 top teams that made the cut following two rounds of play.

Dugas carded a one-over par 73 in the third round on Thursday on the par-72, 6,844-yard El Campeón Course at the Mission Inn Resort & Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida. The sophomore is currently tied for 12th-place, four strokes back, with a 221 (72-76-73) heading into the final round Friday.

Dugas will compete in the final round on Friday, May 19. He is set to tee off at 9:30 a.m.
