  • Wickenden Earns Division III PING All-American Honorable Mention

    NORMAN, Okla. – Husson sophmoroe Daulton Wickenden has been named to the Golf Coaches Association of American (GCAA) Division III PING All-America, the association announced on Wednesday. Wickenden, named to the Honorable Mention team, becomes the second straight Husson men's golfer selected to the All-American team by the GCAA.

Dugas placed tied for 16th in a field of 215 golfers at the four-round event held at the Mission Inn Resort & Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida.

Dugas continued play in the championships after qualifying as one of six individuals not on the 18 top teams that made the cut following two rounds of play.

The Eagles played the par-72, 6,844-yard El Campeón Golf Course at the Mission Inn Resort & Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida on Wednesday and finished tied for 36th with a 657 (323-334).

    INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The NCAA Division III Men's Golf Committee has announced the teams and individuals selected to participate in the 2017 NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship and the Husson University men's golf team, winners of 11 of the last 13 North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Championships, received its 2017 NCAA Championship bid on Monday afternoon. As the NAC champions, the Eagles received an automatic bid to the tournament.

    Lejeune, N.C. – Daulton Wickenden shot a 72 on Sunday, April 2nd, the last day of the 46th Annual Marine Federal Credit Union Intercollegiate Golf Championship held at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune earning him an eleventh-place finish with a three-day total score of 222 (74-76-72). The Eagles placed sixth overall with a total score of 908 (302-311-295).

Maine Maritime's Luke Olson(Charleston, Maine) was tabbed the Senior Scholar Athlete of the Year, UMaine-Farmington head coach Bob Timmins was voted the Coach of the Year, and eight men's golf student-athletes were selected to the Sportsmanship Team to headline the 2016 All-Conference announcement.

The Eagles finished as runner-up for the second straight season with a score of 606 (303-303).
